Triple Cee studio: the wheel deal

I bought this table, from the Bondi Market, about 8 years ago when I lived in Bondi. It's been my jewellery making table in that time. It was never quite high enough, and I always planned to put it on castors. Yesterday I did just that. It is now the perfect height. Aaah.
Before: ready to be operated on, before the drilling commenced.

After. Yay.

Another Sydney buy. This time from a very cool furniture shop in Darlinghurst. I paid way too much for it, but I loved it. And its many drawers are perfect storage for lots of jewellery making bits and pieces (some of the drawers are even divided again into smaller compartments).

I've changed the pulls and handles over the years. I like that they don't all match (the red ones were an eBay score, while four of the decorative bone ones I found in the homewares section of a Zara store in San Sebastian, back in 2005).

Yes, Zara has a homewares section. Pretty good too. Michael, Lizzy & I got pretty excited when we discovered that. We decided this was the case only in Spain and only in some stores.
