Disc-oh!

Now, here's a new piece that's been getting a bit of a workout on my neck. I buy these vintage flat-ish discs whenever I see them. They appeared to have had a bit of a moment in the '70s and '80s, and once undone, and re-imagined by moi, they appear entirely modern.
 Red and white is an eternally chic combination.  The flat discs are complemented by an unexpected hit of sea green wooden beads.

Another disc-oh! necklace in the process of being made. I love the subtle difference between the black discs and the navy (look closely).

I'm a sucker for those old wooden duffle coat toggles; and, as always, the single yellow wooden cube is an unexpected point of difference.  It's not quite finished, but I can see some pale turquoise blue in there somewhere.
